Ordering Hair Systems Wholesale: Quotes, Samples, Payment and Delivery

We sell by written quotation. You send the models, colors, quantities and delivery country, and we reply with the commercial terms for that order before anything is paid.

How an order moves from inquiry to delivery

Sending an inquiry does not create an order or take payment. Nothing moves forward until you have read the quotation and confirmed it.

Send your list

Models, sizes, colors, density, quantities and delivery country.

Get a quotation

We prepare it by hand for your request, with the terms written out.

Review it

Check the products and commercial details, and ask us to change anything.

Confirm

You confirm the order and pay using the arrangement on the quotation.

Receive and check

Compare the units with your order and tell us about any problem.

Stock models or custom units

Most salons start with stock models and add custom units once they know what their clients ask for. Many orders mix both.

Order size and mixed models

Quantities are agreed order by order, and we confirm any minimum on your quotation. If you want to try several models in one order, list them all in your inquiry so we can quote the mix as a single request.

Ordering a sample first

A sample is the quickest way to judge hair feel, the base edge and color against your ring. Tell us which model and color you want to see, and we will confirm the sample terms on the quotation.

Our supplier guide covers what a sample can and can't tell you.

What moves the price on a quotation

We don't publish one wholesale price list, because the unit price depends on what you are buying and how much of it. These are the main things behind the number.

Base construction

Skin, lace, mono and hybrid bases are built differently.

Hair type

Our range includes human, Remy, Prime European and Chinese hair.

Size and density

Larger bases and heavier densities use more hair and more work.

Add-on services

Base cutting, styling, clips and perming are extra work.

Quantity

Tell us the volume you expect, per order and per year.

Destination

Freight depends on where the order is going.

Payment and delivery terms

Payment arrangements, shipping charges, lead times and return conditions are all confirmed in your quotation. Retail checkout terms do not automatically apply to a business order, so please rely on what the quotation says.

Read our payment policy, shipping information and return policy for how this works.

Import duties and customs

Duties and import taxes depend on your country and on how the goods are classified. Your local customs broker or authority can give you a firm answer for your business. Ask us what your quotation includes, so you can plan for the rest on your side.

Which sizes and densities to look at first

We can't tell you what your clients will prefer, but the range gives you a place to start. Across our 54 stock models, 8 x 10 inch is available on 51, and 100% and 120% are the most common densities.

25Models available at 100% density
19Models available at 120% density
